Sundee Riceberry is a Thai purple whole grain rice developed from a cross of Hom Nil and jasmine rice. Its dark bran layer is naturally high in anthocyanins, iron and dietary fibre, and it cooks to a soft, slightly chewy texture with a nutty, sweet aroma. Soak briefly before cooking, or mix with white rice to ease into whole grains. 1kg pack.
